压力性尿失禁在女性中非常常见,在18-90年龄段压力性尿失禁约占女性尿失禁患者的一半。随着新的作用靶点和不同作用机制的药物的出现,压力性尿失禁的药物治疗日益受到重视。本文综合评价当前治疗压力性尿失禁的三类药物: 雌激素补充、α受体激动剂、5-羟色胺及去甲肾上腺素再摄取抑制剂,同时介绍相关进展。
Stress incontinence is very common among women, and stress urinary incontinence accounts for about half of female incontinence in the 18-90 age group. With the emergence of new therapeutic targets and drugs with different mechanisms of action, stress urinary incontinence drug therapy is gaining more and more attention. This review summarizes the current three types of drugs for stress urinary incontinence: estrogen supplementation, alpha-agonists, serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors, and the related advances.
