石油石化业是我国重要的国民经济支柱产业,而民营石油企业却普遍面临着原油供给不足的困境,因此保障民营石油企业原油供给的安全对于稳定石油石化产品的供给和维护国民经济的平稳运行意义重大。本文在分析我国民营石油企业目前原油供给安全状况的基础上,以采购联盟相关理论为支撑,从企业的微观视角出发,探讨了采购联盟对保障民营石油企业原油供给安全的意义和可行性,提出了切实可行的采购联盟组建和运营策略。
Petroleum and petrochemical industry is an important national pillar industry in our country. However, private oil companies generally face the dilemma of insufficient supply of crude oil. Therefore, protecting the security of crude oil supply by private oil companies is essential to stabilize the supply of petroleum and petrochemical products and safeguard the stable operation of the national economy major. Based on the analysis of the current crude oil supply security status of private oil companies in our country and the relevant theories of procurement alliance, this paper explores the significance and feasibility of purchasing alliance to ensure the security of crude oil supply in private oil companies from the micro perspective of enterprises. The practical procurement alliance formation and operation strategy.
