目的探讨自我效能感在医学生特质应对方式、幸福感中的作用机制。方法对405名学生施测特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、大学生幸福感影响因素问卷(AFW-US)。采用相关分析和回归分析进行探索。结果①医学生幸福感与自我效能感和积极应对有显著正相关(r=0.353,0.281;P<0.01),而与消极应对呈显著负相关(r=-0.102,P<0.05);自我效能感与积极应对呈显著正相关(r=0.256,P<0.01),与消极应对呈显著负相关(r=-0.261,P<0.01);②自我效能感和特质应对方式可以显著预测医学生幸福感;自我效能感是应对方式与幸福感之间的中介变量。结论自我效能感在特质应对方式影响医学生幸福感中具有部分中介效应。
Objective To explore the mechanism of self-efficacy in coping style and happiness of medical students. Methods A total of 405 students were evaluated by the TCSQ, GSES and AFW-US questionnaires. Use correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore. Results ① There was a significant positive correlation between happiness and self-efficacy of medical students and positive coping (r = 0.353,0.281; P <0.01), but negatively correlated with negative coping (r = -0.102, P <0.05) There was a significant positive correlation between feeling and positive coping (r = 0.256, P <0.01), negative correlation with negative coping (r = -0.261, P <0.01). ② Self-efficacy and trait coping styles could predict the happiness of medical students significantly Sense; sense of self-efficacy is the intermediary between coping style and happiness. Conclusion Self-efficacy has some mediating effect on the way of trait-based coping affecting the happiness of medical students.
