简述了电控泵—管—阀—嘴(PPVI)燃油喷射系统柴油机单缸性能试验的方法。进行了单缸性能试验和燃烧过程的分析。结果表明,喷油器端的油管压力波形理想,下降迅速。缸内燃烧前期比较柔和而中后期十分迅速,最大压力升高率较低,燃烧持续期较短。
The method of single cylinder performance test of electrically controlled pump - pipe - valve - nozzle (PPVI) fuel injection system is briefly described. A single cylinder performance test and combustion process analysis were performed. The results show that the injector end of the tubing pressure waveform ideal decline rapidly. In-cylinder combustion is relatively gentle and in the late period is very rapid, the maximum rate of pressure rise is lower, the duration of combustion is shorter.
