目的 :探讨屈光不正与视盘形状之间的关系 ,寻求最佳矫正视力方法。方法 :对 84例传统检影试镜方法视力得不到矫正 ,视盘形状异常者 ,调整屈光镜片。结果 :视盘形状异常者多为近视或近视散光 ,且检影与试镜球面镜屈光度存有 - 0 5D~ - 3 0D的差异 ,视盘偏斜者视力矫正理想 ,单侧视盘异常者部分伴有斜视。结论 :了解视盘形状及屈光镜片的调整规律 ,对防治斜视、弱视有重要意义。
Objective: To explore the relationship between refractive error and optic disc shape and to seek the best corrected visual acuity. Methods: 84 cases of conventional retinoscopy audition method can not be corrected, disc shape abnormalities, adjust the refractive lenses. Results: Most of optic disc abnormalities were myopia or myopic astigmatism, and the difference of 0-5D ~ -3 0D between retinoscopy and audition spherical aberration existed. The visual acuity of optic disc was ideal, and the unilateral optic disc was partly associated with strabismus. Conclusion: Understanding of the optic disc shape and refractive lens adjustment rules, prevention and treatment of strabismus, amblyopia is of great significance.
