引言:我早在20多年前的1985年大家都在研究大包干以后的农业发展、粮食结构调整等问题的时候,就开始研究打破城乡二元结构、推进城乡一体化。20多年后,当人们都在大声疾呼城乡统筹、打破城乡二元结构、加快城市化时,我反而倒显得保守了。我一而再、再而三告诉大家,城市化是一种趋势,但并非必然趋势;城市化也并不仅仅意味着一个城市人口占总人口的比重,它不仅仅是一个数,我们切不可眼中有“数”、心中无“人”。这些年来,我也因为这些说法,在社会上受到了很多误解,今天想利用这个场合,用点时间跟大家多说些相关情况。 Introduction: As early as 20 years ago, in 1985, when I was studying issues such as agricultural development and grain structure adjustment after the big bales, I began to study how to break the dual structure of urban and rural areas and promote the integration of urban and rural areas.
