总义齿合力的传导途径与天然牙列不同,天然牙列是通过牙根牙周膜将合力传导到牙槽骨上,而总义齿是通过基托将合力传导到牙槽骨上。当牙列缺失后,上下颌牙槽骨也随之发生了一系列的改变。长期以来,从多学者对人工牙究竟应以什么原则排列进行了多方面的研究。但不论哪种方法,都要求对患者的口腔解剖标志的标准值有所了解。笔者对43名无牙颌患者的口腔模型进行了测量和分析,现将结果报告如下。
