利用硅粉法制备种子硅溶胶,通过对工艺条件的探索,寻求种子粒径增长及产品粒度分布均匀的平衡点。通过实验,考察种子浓度、温度、硅粉用量、催化剂用量、反应时间对种子生长的影响,得出较佳实验条件:种子生成温度为80℃,所得种子平均粒径为23 nm;硅溶胶生成温度为90℃,硅粉用量为15 g,催化剂用量为0.3 g,种子质量浓度为1.0%,反应时间为8 h,所得溶胶平均粒径为60 nm。
The silica sol was prepared by the silicon powder method. Through the exploration of the technological conditions, the equilibrium point of the growth of the seed particle size and the uniform particle size distribution of the products was sought. The effects of seed concentration, temperature, the amount of silica fume, catalyst dosage and reaction time on the seed growth were investigated experimentally. The optimum conditions were as follows: the seed production temperature was 80 ℃, the average particle size of the obtained seed was 23 nm; The temperature was 90 ℃, the amount of silica fume was 15 g, the amount of catalyst was 0.3 g, the concentration of seed was 1.0% and the reaction time was 8 h. The average sol particle size was 60 nm.
