烟梗原料磨浆工艺的研究

烟梗原料经过测定其化学组分和烟梗纤维形态后,进行打浆实验和SEM观察表明:①烟梗纤维长度较短,需与外加纤维配合才能抄造重组烟叶基片;②通过SEM观察,经优化打浆工艺处理后的烟梗纤维表面变得粗糙不平,有明显分丝帚化现象,纤维比表面积增大,促进纤维间的氢键结合,使纤维间的结合力增加,提高了基片的抗张强度,同时相应地降低了透气度;③打浆工艺优化后,烟梗的最佳打浆度为35°SR,在此条件下,基片的抗张强度为0.63kN/m。 The stems of tobacco stems were tested for their chemical composition and the morphology of tobacco stems.
