我们正处在一个承前启后、继住开来的历史时期,云南电力的改革和发展也进入到一个重要阶段,新旧体制交替,各种矛盾交织,新情况、新问题都需要我们准确认识和处理。全局干部要在繁忙的工作中,挤出时间多读书。一是要在学习马克思主义理论上下功夫,有了坚实的理论根底,才能在理论上坚定,政治上坚定,才能在思想上、工作上、作风上过得硬。当前首先要学好江总书记“5.29”重要讲话,真正用建设有中国特色社会主义理论武装头脑,提高运用马克思主义的基本立场、观点、方法解决在云南电力改革和发展过程中各种实际问题的能力。
