实际工程中,空腹混凝土网架节点的受力性能直接影响整个结构的受力性能,单独对节点进行受力分析已越来越被重视。过去节点大多为试验研究,由于试验成本和加载设备的限制,使得试验数据不可能覆盖工程节点实际尺寸的全部范围。近年来,随着有限元方法和迭代技术的发展以及计算机的普及,数值模拟方法已取代了试验方法成为主要的节点研究方法。要使混凝土网架节点的数值模拟分析结果准确可靠,必须建立一种准确有效的有限元模型。结合规范和工程实际情况,采用Solid 65实体单元模拟钢筋混凝土,对空间节点进行有限元静力分析。
In practical engineering, the behavior of the nodes of the fast-moving concrete grid directly affects the mechanical properties of the whole structure. Stress analysis of the nodes alone has drawn more and more attention. In the past, most of the nodes were experimental studies. Because of the cost of testing and the limitation of loading equipment, the experimental data could not cover the full range of the actual size of engineering nodes. In recent years, with the development of finite element method and iterative technology and the popularization of computer, the numerical simulation method has replaced the experimental method as the main node research method. In order to make the result of numerical simulation of concrete truss nodes accurate and reliable, an accurate and effective finite element model must be established. According to the standard and engineering practice, the Solid 65 solid element is used to simulate reinforced concrete, and the finite element static analysis of space nodes is carried out.
