雷公藤总甙能抑制大鼠实验性关节肿、组织胺致毛细管通透性增高及实验性棉球肉芽肿;抑制抗原结合细胞和抗体分泌细胞的抗绵羊红细胞特异性抗体产生;抑制豚鼠旧结核菌素皮肤迟发超敏反应、兔E玫瑰花结形成及淋巴细胞转化;大剂量可使幼鼠胸腺萎缩;对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能无明显影响;无镇痛作用;有轻度降温作用及微弱抑菌作用。未发现总甙有性激素样或抗性激素作用。
Tripterygium glycosides can inhibit experimental joint swelling in rats, histamine induced capillary permeability increased and experimental granuloma granulosum; inhibition of antigen-binding cells and antibody-secreting cells anti-sheep red blood cell-specific antibody production; inhibition of guinea pig old tuberculosis Mycoplasma delayed hypersensitivity skin, rabbit E rosette formation and lymphocyte transformation; high dose of thymic gland atrophy; no significant effect on phagocytosis of mouse macrophages; no analgesic effect; with mild cooling Effect and weak antibacterial effect. No glycosides were found to have sex hormone-like or anti-sex hormone effects.
