第一乌拉尔新钢管厂总结了冷轧管机冷轧和温轧各种钢管和合金管的经验,并制定了选择合理轧制钢管,特别是新钢种钢管的轧制规范。拟定轧制规范,首先是选择可达到规定的钢管质量水平与合理的机组生产率的压缩率ε和送进角 m。目前尚无根据被轧制钢管的机械性能与尺寸对这些参数进行相当简单计算的方法。因此,在生产中拟定轧制工艺时,是直观地选择ε和 m 的几种组合,然后根据试验找出最佳值。这种方法花费大量劳动,且不能保证真正选到最佳的工艺方案。
The first Ural new steel plant summarizes the experience of cold rolling and warm rolling of all kinds of steel and alloy pipe, and the development of a reasonable selection of rolled steel pipe, especially the new steel pipe rolling specifications. The proposed rolling specification, first of all, is to select the compressibility ε and the feed angle m which can achieve the specified level of steel pipe quality and reasonable unit productivity. At present, there is no simple method for calculating these parameters based on the mechanical properties and dimensions of rolled steel pipe. Therefore, when planning a rolling process in production, it is intuitive to choose several combinations of ε and m, and then find out the best value based on the test. This method takes a lot of labor, and can not guarantee the real selection of the best process options.
