目的研究正畸结束后使用不同保持器对龈沟液生化成分的影响。方法对48例矫治结束后的患者佩戴不同保持器,于1周、6个月后分别检测牙周状态,并提取龈沟液检测碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、天门冬氨酸基转移酶(AST)、硫化物(PS)水平,对测量结果作统计学分析。结果无论佩戴何种保持器,6个月后的龈沟液各项指标均大于1周时,且变化具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论佩戴Hawley保持器、压膜保持器和舌侧的粘结式固定保持器对龈沟液生化成分有影响,且舌侧的粘结式固定保持器较其他两种影响更大。 Objective To study the effects of different retainers on the biochemical composition of gingival crevicular fluid after orthodontic treatment. Methods Forty-eight patients with different retainers were instrumented to observe the periodontal status after 1 week and 6 months respectively. The levels of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and aspartate aminotransferase AST), sulfide (PS) levels, for statistical analysis of measurement results. Results Regardless of the holder, the indicators of gingival crevicular fluid after 6 months were all greater than 1 week, and the changes were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The wearing of Hawley retainers, lamination holders, and lingual adhesive fixation retainers affected the biochemical composition of gingival crevicular fluid, and the lingual adhesive fixation retainers had greater effects than the other two.
