水资源是一种再生资源,其可再生性分为自然再生和社会再生两类。将黄河流域划分为15个区域(不含内流区),并把整个黄河流域作为一个区域,共16个区域,利用统计数据资料,采用遗传投影寻踪模型(GPPM)对黄河流域分区水资源可再生性以及流域15个主要城市水资源社会可再生性进行评价。结果表明:黄河流域各区域可再生性能力基本上为中等或以下,整个黄河流域水资源可再生性能力较弱;15个主要城市中,省会城市水资源社会可再生性水平一般,其余城市属于较弱水平,总体上,黄河流域城市水资源社会可再生性能力普遍较弱。最后提出了一些增强黄河流域省会城市水资源社会可再生性的建议和对策。
Water is a kind of renewable resources, its renewable nature is divided into two types of natural regeneration and social regeneration. The Yellow River Basin is divided into 15 regions (excluding inflow area), and the entire Yellow River Basin as a region, a total of 16 regions, the use of statistical data, the use of genetic projection pursuit model (GPPM) on the Yellow River Basin Water Resources Renewables and social viability of water resources in 15 major cities in the basin. Finally, some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to enhance the social regenerability of water resources in capital cities of the Yellow River Basin.
