采用熔融挤出法制备了BN/PA66导热复合材料,通过导热性能测试、力学性能测试、耐热性能测试和DSC等方法研究了BN含量对BN/PA66复合材料的导热性能、力学性能、耐热性能和结晶性能等的影响。结果表明:在实验范围内,当BN体积分数达到24.8%时,BN/PA66复合材料导热系数λ为0.751W/(m.K),约为纯PA66的2.2倍。随BN含量增加,BN/PA66复合材料刚性增加,其热形变温度大幅度提高。
BN / PA66 thermal conductive composites were prepared by melt extrusion method. The thermal conductivity, mechanical properties, heat resistance and heat resistance of BN / PA66 composites were studied by means of thermal conductivity test, mechanical property test, heat resistance test and DSC.
