中州铝厂混合矿烧成的熟料中,2CaO·SiO_2主要呈α′型变体,它是赤泥发生膨胀的潜因。为了防止赤泥膨胀,溶出液的Na_2O_C浓度应控制在16~20克/升左右。经x射线衍射鉴定结果表明,膨胀赤泥的物相组成为2CaO·SiO_2·H)2O,简称C_2SH。
Among the clinker calcined in the Zhongzhou Aluminum Plant mixed ore, 2CaO · SiO 2 is predominantly α ’-modified, which is a potential cause for the red mud to expand. In order to prevent the expansion of red mud, Na 2 O_C concentration of the eluate should be controlled at about 16 to 20 grams / liter. The results of X-ray diffraction showed that the phase composition of expanded red mud was 2CaO · SiO_2 · H) 2O, referred to as C_2SH.
