以《常州市古运河-关河保护利用规划——市政专项规划》为例,结合城市滨河地带特点和生态景观要求,提出从水质环境改善保护、综合景观整治、滨水空间开发引导等三个方面加强规划的控制、引导,保证城市滨河地带开发的功能需求和滨河景观带的打造,为同类城市的相关规划设计提供参考。 Take “Changzhou Ancient Canal - Guanhe Conservation and Utilization Planning - Municipal Special Planning” as an example, combining with the characteristics of urban riverfront and the requirements of ecological landscape, this paper puts forward three aspects: improving water quality and environment protection, comprehensive landscape remediation and waterfront space development and guidance Strengthen the control of planning, guide and ensure the functional requirements of urban riverfront development and the construction of riverside landscape belt, so as to provide reference for relevant planning and design of similar cities.
