为了研究矿井粉煤灰固化充填材料的最佳配比及其力学特性,采用正交法对粉煤灰、水、水玻璃等混合浆液展开了流动度、初终凝时间及固化体抗压强度测试,得到了粉煤灰固化充填材料的最佳配比。实验结果表明:粉煤灰充填材料变形和破坏分为4个阶段:压密阶段、屈服阶段、塑性变形阶段和破坏阶段;表现出线弹性变形阶段和塑性强化阶段的变形特征,基本不存在软化阶段。
In order to study the best ratio and mechanical properties of the filler material of fly ash in mine, the fluidity, initial and final setting time and the compressive strength of cured body Test, get the best ratio of fly ash curing filling material. The experimental results show that the deformation and failure of fly-ash filling material can be divided into four stages: compacting stage, yielding stage, plastic deformation stage and failure stage, showing the deformation characteristics of linear elastic deformation stage and plastic strengthening stage, basically no softening stage exists .
