高尔夫运动虽然是一项老少皆宜的运动,但很多人对损伤的认识不够警惕,导致运动寿命的缩短,甚至是停止。因此,解析高尔夫运动损伤的部位,找出对其进行治疗与预防的最佳手段是当务之急。众所周知,导引养生功法对人体调神、理气、正形、炼精、补虚、扶正延年和防治疾病之功效,尤其是有些功法的原理对高尔夫运动损伤部位的治疗与预防有很大的针对性。所以,本文试图阐述对高尔夫运动认识的一些误区,针对高尔夫运动损伤的部位,结合养生功法的原理,找出能有效预防与治疗高尔夫运动损伤的养生功法。
