我们检测了75例丙型肝炎病人的血浆和外周血单个核细胞（PBMC）中HGVRNA的感染情况，对比HGV／HCV台并感染与HCV单独感染病人的病情；同时，应用酶兔疫量化PCR技术研究了4例接受干扰素治疗的HGV／HCV台并感染病人的系列血清，观察干扰素对HGV的治疗情况，初步探讨HGV在丙型肝炎
We tested the HGVRNA infection in plasma and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from 75 hepatitis C patients and compared the HGV / HCV infection with that of HCV alone. In addition, In this study, we investigated the serum levels of HGV / HCV in 4 patients treated with interferon and observed the therapeutic effect of interferon on HGV.
