著名法学家郭道晖在接受《社会科学报》记者采访时说:市场经济必须是法治经济。一、这种法治首要的任务是规范和限定政府的权力,防止政府对市场经济活动的非法或不当干预。二、保障市场经济主体的权利和自由,主要是平等的、自主的权利和平等竞争与自主发展的自由。缺乏这种保障,市场经济就不能顺利发展。如搞什么“翻牌公司”、“权力入股”之类,就谈不上平等竞争和自由发展。
