近年来,市科技局认真贯彻《科技成果转化法》,促进了科教兴农战略的全面实施,尤其在农业科技成果的管理、指导和协调服务方面作出努力,取得了显著的经济、社会效益。至2001年底,全市农业科技贡献率达到42%,比1999年提高了2个百分点,为“两高一优”农业的发展和繁荣农村经济做出了贡献。做法与成效:
In recent years, the Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology has conscientiously implemented the Law of Science and Technology Transformation and promoted the full implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating agriculture through science and technology.
