在经济转轨变型、企业迅猛发展的运作过程中,宝山钢铁股份有限公司(以下简称宝钢)紧跟时代前进步伐,紧密结合企业生产经营实际,坚持企业管理以财务管理为中心、财务管理以资金管理为中心,并以企业价值最大化为终极目标,不断加强和改进财务管理,逐步建立健全了一套适应现代企业发展需要的、具有宝钢特色的财务管理体系,促进了企业发展。2001年,宝钢生产商品坯材861万吨,实现销售收入291.71亿元,实现利税56.89亿元,实现利润37.10亿元。此外,净资产收益率、销售利润率等指标也保持了较高的水平。到目前为止,宝钢已具备了年产钢1150万吨、材1050万吨的能力,并持续保持满产满销。今年前4个月,在钢材价格低迷、上游产品大幅涨价的双重压力下,仍然取得了优异成绩,实现利税和大部分技术经济指标都在全行业名列前茅。

So far, Baosteel already possesses the capability of producing 11.5 million tons of steel and 10.5 million tons of steel annually, and continues to maintain full production and full sales. In the first 4 months of this year, the steel industry still achieved excellent results under the dual pressures of sluggish steel prices and sharply higher prices of upstream products. Profit tax and most of the technical and economic indicators are among the best in the industry.
