针对某热轧钢板桩轧制过程中的孔型设计问题,采用有限元分析软件的显示动力学算法,结合现场试验测量的参数,对钢板桩过渡孔型的轧制过程进行了数值模拟研究。根据模拟结果,可知道异型轧制断面内节点在宽展方向和延伸方向上的位移矢量分布规律和异形断面上跟踪节点处单位压力的变化情况。结果表明:异型轧制断面中翼缘处存在位移中性面,且腹板处设计变形量过大易在孔型中产生过充满等边部形变缺陷或轧制翘曲缺陷。
In view of the hole design in the rolling process of a hot-rolled steel sheet pile, the dynamic simulation algorithm of the finite element analysis software is used to simulate the rolling process of the steel sheet pile transitional hole by the parameters measured in the field test. According to the simulation results, we can know the distribution rule of displacement vector in the direction of extension and extension and the change of unit pressure at the node of profiled section in profiled section. The results show that there is displacement neutral plane in the flange of profiled rolling section, and the design deformation of the web is too large, which leads to overfilling equilateral deformation defects or rolling warpage defects.
