高校田径体育教学是培养学生身心健康发展的重要教学项目,能够促进学生全面发展,提升综合素质。如今我国高校田径教学中还存在着诸多的不足,有很多问题需要改善和解决。笔者将结合多年的对高校田径教学的研究经验,深入地探讨新时代的高校田径如何促进学生的身心健康发展,以期可以总结出值得参考的策略措施。 Athletics physical education in colleges and universities is an important teaching project to develop students ’physical and mental health. It can promote students’ all-round development and enhance their overall quality. At present, there are still many deficiencies in track and field teaching in Chinese universities, and many problems need to be improved and solved. I will combine years of research experience in track and field teaching in colleges and universities, to explore in depth how the new era of track and field in colleges and universities to promote the physical and mental health of students, with a view to summarize the strategic measures worth considering.
