目的探讨抗菌药物合理使用管理难点及其对策。方法综合分析国内抗菌药物使用现状、管理难点。结果缺乏有效的医院宏观管理、缺乏规范的使用监督办法是导致抗菌药物合理使用管理困难的关键因素。结论只有加强医院的宏观管理、加强抗菌药物知识培训、严格掌握抗菌药物合理使用原则、加强抗菌药物合理使用的监督检查才能保证抗菌药物合理使用。
Objective To explore the rational management of antibacterial drugs and its countermeasures. Methods A comprehensive analysis of the status of domestic use of antimicrobial agents, management difficulties. The lack of effective hospital macroeconomic management results, the lack of standardized use of supervision is the key factor leading to the rational use of antimicrobial drugs management. Conclusion Only strengthen the hospital’s macro-management, strengthen the training of knowledge of antimicrobial agents, strictly grasp the principle of rational use of antimicrobial agents, and strengthen the supervision and inspection of the rational use of antimicrobial agents in order to ensure the rational use of antimicrobial agents.
