近几年来,我省植物检疫工作取得较好成绩。检疫队伍有所发展。为了适应新形势的要求,从1985年起,我们把对专职检疫人员的培训列入了全省植物检疫工作的目标管理。具体作法:1 确定目标管理重点1.1 在制定全省专职检疫员培训目标时,按照三个层次,分别制定出具体的目标。一是地、州、市必须在1990年以前至少有一名专职检疫员参加农业部委托浙农大举办的植物检疫培训班培训;二是县级的专职检疫员,必须有2名专职检疫员参加省
