跨公路、铁路连续梁悬臂施工,采用附着式防护棚作为随挂篮移动的防护结构,其基本原理是结合施工现场实际情况,借助悬灌施工挂篮,在挂篮四周及底模上焊接防护平台,防护平台外侧安装防电板,四周设置围挡,以达到防水、防电、防坠物的目的。本文结合沪昆铁路客运专线萧山特大桥及L1~L4联络线大桥跨既有铁路线及公路连续梁附着式防护棚的施工实践,主要对附着式防护棚的优点、功能、构造、施工步骤和主要施工工艺进行探讨。结果表明,本文探讨的施工工艺合理、可行,为今后同类公路、铁路跨既有铁路桥梁施工提供参考。
