本文以阿尔法磁谱仪低温冷却系统为研究对象,阐述了利用环路热管解决低温冷却系统低温运行的热控问题。环路热管采用特殊的主副毛细芯及旁路阀结构,提高了系统低温运行性能及稳定性。通过热真空测试,验证了该设计的可行性,并对其在真空低温条件下的启动特性进行了分析。研究发现真空低温条件下,热沉温度和重力对环路热管的启动有着很大的影响。
In this paper, the low-temperature cooling system of the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer is taken as the research object, and the thermal control problem of using the loop heat pipe to solve the low temperature operation of the cryogenic cooling system is expounded. Loop heat pipe using a special main and auxiliary capillary core and bypass valve structure, improve system performance and stability at low temperature. Through the thermal vacuum test, the feasibility of the design was verified and the starting characteristics of the design under vacuum and low temperature conditions were analyzed. The results show that under the condition of vacuum and low temperature, the heat sink temperature and gravity have a great influence on the start of loop heat pipe.
