恙虫病是由恙虫病立克次体引起的急性传染病 ,近年来发现该病并发症较多[1] ,但有关肾损害的临床报道较少 ,现将恙虫病并发肾损害 32例报告如下。1　诊断标准　　 (1)病前 1～ 3周有野外活动史 ;(2 )起病急 ,有畏寒高热、头痛、全身酸痛、疲乏、食欲减退、结膜充血、淋巴结肿大 Scrub typhus is caused by Rickettsia tsutsugamushi acute infectious diseases, found in recent years more complications of the disease [1], but less clinical reports of renal damage, now scrub typhus complicated with renal damage in 32 cases are reported as follows . 1 diagnostic criteria (1) 1 to 3 weeks before the disease history of field activity; (2) acute onset, chills fever, headache, body aches, fatigue, loss of appetite, conjunctival hyperemia, enlarged lymph nodes
