目的:为减少骨盆肿瘤术中出血,以完整切除肿瘤,我们试尝施行术前髂内动脉栓塞术.方法;本组12例各种骨盆肿瘤,术前进行髂内动脉造影及选择性髂内动脉栓塞.结果:术前栓塞有效地减少了术中出血.术野清晰,肿瘤完整地被切除,术手并发症,复发率明显减少.绪论:术前选择性髂内动脉栓塞是减少骨盆肿瘤术中出血,完整切除肿瘤,降低术后并发症和复发率的有效方法.
Objective: To reduce intraoperative hemorrhage in pelvic tumors and complete resection of tumors, we tried to perform preoperative internal iliac artery embolization. Methods: 12 cases of various pelvic tumors in this group were treated with internal iliac artery angiography and selective iliac arteries before operation. Arterial embolization. Results: Preoperative embolization effectively reduces intraoperative bleeding. The operative field is clear and the tumor is completely removed. The operative complications and recurrence rate are significantly reduced. Introduction: Preoperative selective internal iliac artery embolization is a reduction of pelvic tumors. Intraoperative bleeding, complete resection of the tumor, effective methods to reduce postoperative complications and recurrence rate.
