报道20例次活动期类风湿关节炎病人的99mTc-人免疫球蛋白(HIG)关节显像结果,其中 16例与99mTc-MDP显像进行了对照。结果表明,所有病人99mTc-HIG显像均为异常,表现为 关节周围软组织即关节囊的放射性增高。它与临床的符合率明显高于99mTc-MDP显像;每个病 人临床总分与其显像总分之间呈显著性相关(P<0.01,r=0.93);临床累及且显像阳性的关节, 其摄取放射性的多少与关节疼痛(或压痛、肿胀)程度之间,也有显著相关性(P<0.01)。 99mTc-HIG关节炎症显像是一种简便、安全、无创而客观的关节炎症检查方法。它能够灵敏 地探测滑膜炎症,反映疾病活动程度,帮助早期诊断类风湿关节炎,并且优于99mTc-MDP。
The results of 99mTc-human immunoglobulin (HIG) joint imaging in 20 patients with sub-active rheumatoid arthritis were reported, of which 16 were compared with 99mTc-MDP imaging.
