目的：根据《执业医师法》、《处方管理办法》、《医院处方点评管理规范（试行）》等相关法律、法规的规范要求，对处方书写的规范性及药物临床使用的适宜性（用药适应症、药物选择、给药途径、用法用量、药物相互作用、配伍禁忌等）进行评价，发现存在或潜在的问题，制定并实施干预和改进方案，促进临床药物合理应用。通过处方点评工作，提高处方质量，促进合理用药，保障医疗安全。方法根据我院诊疗科目、科室设置、技术水平、诊疗量等实际情况，由处方点评工作组从每月第二周处方中随机抽取100张处方进行点评，对处方点评结果进行汇总、统计和分析。结果抗菌药物、注射剂的使用率有了明显下降，国家基本药物的使用有了明显提高。结论通过处方点评工作，提高了合理用药水平，保证了患者的用药安全，提高了处方质量。“,”Objective According to the“Medical practitioner act”,“Management method of prescription”,“Standard of hospital prescription review and management(trial)”and other relevant laws,regulations,evaluating the standardization of prescription writing and the suitability of clinical drug use(drug indications,drug selection,route of administration,usage and dosage,drug interactions,incompatibility).Potential problems found,intervention and improvement programs were formulated and implemented to promote the reasonable application of clinical drugs. By commenting on prescription, improving the quality of prescription and promoting the rational use of drugs to ensure the safety of health care.Method According to the clinic subjects,department setting,technical level and treatment capacity of our hospital,100 prescriptions randomly selected from the second week of monthly prescriptions were reviewed by the working group. Summary,statistics and analysis the results of prescription review.Results There is a significant decline in utilization of antibacterial drugs,injections and improvement in national essential drugs.ConclusionWork of Comments on prescription has improved the rational use of drugs,ensured the safety of medication of patients and improved the quality of prescription.
