丙烯腈体(CH_2=CH-C=N)属高毒类物质,它是合成腈纶纤维等高分子化合物的原料。近年来,随着我国纤维合成工业的迅速发展,其用量日益增多。为了解丙烯腈对工人健康的影响,给预防措施提供科学依据,我们于1976年12月份至1978年5月份对某工厂腈纶生产车间及其辅助单位进行了劳动卫生调查,并对接触丙烯腈的74名工人进行了健康检查,现将结果报告如下:
Acrylonitrile (CH_2 = CH-C = N) is a high toxic substances, it is synthetic acrylic fiber and other polymer compounds of raw materials. In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s fiber synthesis industry, its dosage is increasing day by day. To understand the impact of acrylonitrile on workers’ health and provide a scientific basis for preventive measures, we conducted a labor hygiene survey on the acrylic workshop and its auxiliary facilities of a certain factory from December 1976 to May 1978 and conducted a survey on the impact of acrylonitrile 74 workers conducted a health examination, the results are reported as follows:
