目的总结16例巨大型巨舌症（伴有明显的舌、颌、牙畸形）的临床表现及治疗体会。方法对16例巨大型巨舌症采用手术治疗切除,修整成形。结果 16例患者均顺利完成手术。术后随访6个

目的总结16例巨大型巨舌症（伴有明显的舌、颌、牙畸形）的临床表现及治疗体会。方法对16例巨大型巨舌症采用手术治疗切除,修整成形。结果 16例患者均顺利完成手术。术后随访6个月至6年,全部病例舌外形、感觉,运动正常。其中1例经舌部手术、牙齿及颌骨正畸、覆盖义齿修复等系列治疗后,患者在面、舌、牙颌方面畸形得到全面纠正,面部外观、咀嚼、发音明显改善;另1例经舌部整形、口内切口下颌骨手术改形、加高基托义齿修复等系列治疗恢复良好。结论巨大型巨舌症患者面部畸形明显,影响美观,同时影响进食、发音和身心健康,治疗应采用手
