目的建立薄层色谱的方法快速筛查中药制剂或保健食品中非法添加的12种镇静催眠药。方法样品经甲醇提取后,采用硅胶GF254薄层板为固定相,以乙酸乙脂-异丙醇(10:1)为展开剂,展开后置紫外光灯(254nm)处检视。结果在该色谱条件下,氯氮平、三唑仑、艾司唑仑、氯氮卓、奥沙西泮、地西泮、阿普唑仑、马来酸咪达唑仑、劳拉西泮、硝西泮、氯硝西泮出现暗色斑点,扎来普隆显荧光斑点。结论本方法经济、快速简便,可用于快速筛查中药制剂、保健食品中非法添加的镇静催眠类化学药物。
Objective To establish a thin-layer chromatography method for rapid screening of 12 kinds of sedative and hypnotics illegally added to traditional Chinese medicine or health food. Methods After the sample was extracted with methanol, silica gel GF254 TLC plate was used as the stationary phase. Ethyl acetate-isopropanol (10: 1) was used as the developing solvent and UV light was applied at 254nm. Results Under the chromatographic conditions, clozapine, triazolam, estazolam, chlordiazepoxide, oxazepam, diazepam, alprazolam, midazolam maleate, lorazepam , Nitrazepam, clonazepam appear dark spots, Zhalaipu Long significant fluorescent spots. Conclusion The method is economical, rapid and simple, and can be used for rapid screening of sedative and hypnotic chemicals illegally added to traditional Chinese medicine and health food.
