编者按:建立现代企业教育制度是个十分重要的新课题,但尚未引起企业领导的足够重视,有的甚至没有将企业教育放到应有的战略地位。本文对现代企业教育制度进行了辨析,认为创建“学习型企业”是建立现代企业教育制度的本质,坚持对员工“全程教育、全面教育、全体教育”的思想,提高全体员工的整体素质,才能促进企业经营战略的实现。文中的观点和做法,可供读者参考。欢迎关心企业教育的有识之士,发表自己的看法,共同为建立现代企业教育制度献计献策。
Editor’s note: The establishment of a modern enterprise education system is a very important new topic, but it has not yet attracted enough attention from business leaders, and some have not even put corporate education in its proper strategic position. This article analyzes the modern enterprise education system, and believes that the establishment of a “learning enterprise” is the essence of establishing a modern enterprise education system.
