科技期刊是科技文化传播的重要载体和媒介,科技文化传播方式与科技期刊的历史、现状和未来有着密切地联系。正是在这种背景下,“走出去”成了中国科技期刊的下一个发展目标。然而,在“走出去”的过程中,却也碰到诸如高水平论文流失、海外出版权被国外出版商垄断、期刊评价标准西方化等一系列问题。为了应对这些问题,有必要从科技文化传播方式的视角对中国科技期刊“走出去”的目标和路径进行研究,重新梳理中国科技期刊的发展脉络,为中国科技期刊真正走向世界提供一些可资借鉴的意见和建议。
Sci-tech periodicals are an important carrier and medium for the dissemination of science and technology. The way of dissemination of science and technology and culture are closely linked with the history, current situation and future of sci-tech periodicals. It is against this background that “going out ” has become the next development goal of Chinese sci-tech periodicals. However, in the process of “going out ”, but also encountered a series of problems such as the loss of high-level papers, the overseas publishing rights monopolized by foreign publishers, journal evaluation criteria of Westernization. In order to cope with these problems, it is necessary to study the goals and paths of Chinese sci-tech periodicals “going out” from the perspective of science and technology culture dissemination and to sort out the development vein of Chinese sci-tech periodicals in order to provide some Opinions and suggestions for reference.
