(一) 近年来,我省淡水渔业生产在党的方针政策指引下,和省委省府的正确领导下,有了较大的发展。1985年全省淡水渔业产量为4.875万吨,预计今年将达6万吨,比1980年的1.68万吨增长3.57倍,比解放初期增长30多倍。其中70%以上来自池塘小水面养殖,说明我们这些年来着重抓小水面精养无疑是正确的。今后我们将一如既往,继续抓紧、抓好、抓到底。但是,实践同样告诉我们:占我省淡水可养水面75％以上的水库、河沟、湖泊以及围垦区内淡化,半淡化的淹没区等的大中型养鱼水面达
