采用正交实验对影响乙二醇硬脂酸酯合成的因素做比较分析,实验发现,采用自制负载型催化剂,能够用较少的乙二醇量合成合格产品,较优的合成条件为:酸醇摩尔比1:0.8,初始反应温度190℃,反应0.5h后升温到220~230℃继续反应1h,催化剂用量0.6%,硬脂酸酯化率可达98.8%,物料收率99.2%。
Orthogonal experiments were used to analyze the factors influencing the synthesis of ethylene glycol stearate. The experimental results showed that using self-made supported catalyst, the qualified products could be synthesized with less ethylene glycol. The optimal synthesis conditions were acid Alcohol molar ratio of 1: 0.8, the initial reaction temperature of 190 ℃, 0.5h after the reaction was heated to 220 ~ 230 ℃ for 1h, the amount of catalyst 0.6%, stearic acid esterification rate of up to 98.8%, the yield of 99.2%.
