本文的目的是对于依据企业目前所处的实际环境,进行客观的分析从而找出企业的人力资源建设中存在的种种问题,并提出科学合理的正确措施和指导方针,以帮助中小型企业打造强势资源建设,提高其市场竞争力。这对于中小型企业突破国内市场,走向国际市场有重要的实际意义。当然,正因为中小型企业是本土著名企业,其人力资源建设也关系着人力资源行业的发展前景,所以这对于其他企业的资源建设发展建设也起到一定的指导作用。
The purpose of this article is to find out the problems existing in the construction of human resources in enterprises based on the actual environment in which the enterprises are currently operating, and to propose scientific and reasonable correct measures and guidelines to help SMEs to build strong Resource construction, improve its market competitiveness. This has important practical significance for small and medium-sized enterprises to break through the domestic market and go to the international market.
