本文研究了影响出版社资源配置的可变因素:销售量、市场竞争力(满意度、市场占有率)、人力资源成本和长远发展策略;首先利用波士顿矩阵模型量化市场竞争力,通过市场增长率与相对市场份额反映A社不同出版物的市场行情和发展前景,综合考虑长远发展;然后以人力资源效用最大(人均创造的销售额最大)为目标,以人力资源、书号量和申请书号规则为约束,建立非线性整数规划模型,最后,通过改变模型的波士顿参数,Lingo求解得到了5种不同发展战略的资源配置方案,大大增强了模型的通用性与可操作性。
