徐州矿务集团是一个具有120年煤炭开采历史的国有特大型煤炭企业集团,也是目前全国年产千万吨以上矿务局(公司)中惟一没有资源接替的老矿区,现有的15个矿19对井中,有9对矿井因资源枯竭已经关闭破产或转为无生产能力矿井。在前几年煤炭市场长期供大于求、煤价持续下滑的困难情况下,徐矿集团认真贯彻落实党的十五大和十五届四中全会精神,主攻扭亏脱困,不断强化管理,在困境中保持了企业的健康发展,取得了良好的经营业绩,至去年末,基本实现了扭亏目标。作为大型衰老国有企业,是如何在激烈的市场竞争中,直面市场,迎接挑战,战胜困难,取得佳绩的?最近本刊记者就此采访了徐州矿务集团公司董事长、总经理闵长江同志。
