采用数值模拟的方法对天然气流经调压器进行建模计算,得到流场参数,计算节流系数μ_j。讨论了μ_j随着出口压力以及进口温度的变化规律,得出结论,随着出口压力的降低,μ_j先升高后降低。随着进口温度的升高,μ_j线性升高。
The method of numerical simulation is used to model and calculate the flow of natural gas through the pressure regulator to obtain the flow field parameters and calculate the throttle coefficient μ_j. The variation of μ_j with outlet pressure and inlet temperature is discussed. It is concluded that with the decrease of outlet pressure, μ_j firstly increases and then decreases. As the inlet temperature increases, μ_j increases linearly.
