通过理论研究，提出了优化课堂教学结构的设想，并对这一教学方法进行了实验，结果显示：体育分层教学模式的效果明显优于传统体育教学的模式。
Through the theoretical research, the author puts forward the idea of optimizing the classroom teaching structure and conducts experiments on the teaching method. The result shows that the effect of sports layered teaching model is obviously better than the traditional sports teaching mode.
