新课程下的教学提倡教学的实效性,创建高效课堂,即师生在有限的时间内进行教学活动后,学生获得具有实效的进步和发展。学生主动学和主动用的课堂,才有可能是高效的课堂。评价课堂教学有没有效果,并不是指教师有没有教完内容或教得认不认真,而是指学生有没有学到什么或学生学得好不好。因此评价课堂是否有效的唯一标准即为学生是否获得进步或发展。
