在我们的班级管理中,特别是在新生入班时,需要排查重点人群,如父母离异、单亲家庭、家庭变故、精神异常、存在心理倾向性问题,沉迷网络游戏,自残性格,极其内向,性格暴躁,与社会不良人群交往密切,等等。这么多的问题中,每一个班级可能都会有这样或那样的几个,但是这样或那样的问题都存在共性:情感上缺乏关爱,不知道如何爱人,缺乏责任感等问题。作为班主任结合本班的实际情况对问题学生的管理采取了一些行之有效的措施
