急性脑梗塞是一种发病率高、致残率高、病死率高的疾病,国内外尚未找到一种确切有效的特效治疗方法。近年来我们采用参麦注射液与降纤酶联合治疗急性脑梗塞,取得较为满意的疗效,现报告如下。1 临床资料 所有病例均来自住院病人,均为发病当日入院,均经CT或MRI确诊为“脑梗塞”,均符合全国第四届脑血管病学术会议诊断标准。其中中西医结合治疗组(治疗组)64例,男43例,女21例,年龄47～75岁,合并高血压30例、冠心病5例、糖尿病11例。按照神经功能缺损分为重型13例,中型42例,轻型9例;单纯西药治疗组(对照组)62例,男42例,女20例,年龄48～76 Acute cerebral infarction is a high incidence, high morbidity, high mortality, at home and abroad have not yet found a specific and effective treatment.
