近年来,我国经济取得了重大的发展与进步,人们的经济生活水平不断提高,越来越重视精神文化的需求。广播电视节目质量的好坏很大程度上取决于广播电视编导人才素质的高低。因此,广播电视节目对广播电视编导人才提出了更高的要求。本文主要从广播电视编导人员的艺术修养出发,先分析了艺术修养对广播电视编导人才的重要性,然后具体分析了广播电视编导需要具备的艺术修养。
In recent years, China’s economy has made significant progress and progress. People’s economic living standards have been continuously improved, and their spiritual and cultural needs have become more and more emphasized. The quality of radio and television programs depends largely on the quality of radio and television directors. Therefore, radio and television programs put forward higher requirements for radio and television directors. Based on the artistic accomplishments of radio and television directors, this paper first analyzes the importance of artistic accomplishment to the talents of radio and television directors, and then analyzes the necessary artistic accomplishments of radio and television directors.
